Yoga in park with a certified instructor
Regular yoga classes help to improve physical health, reduce stress levels and stabilize emotions.
Join us in the beautifully green space of Regent's Park the coming Sunday for a yoga session with Catalina, to gain physical endurance, higher energy levels and a calm and clear mind for the day.
Catalina is a certified instructor teaching Body & Brain Yoga classes at Hammersmith Body & Brain Centre in London. She offers comprehensive classes such as yoga, Ki-gong, meditation, breathing and energy healing.
What to bring: The yoga practice will be in bare foot or grippy yoga socks. Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, a cosy blanket and extra warm layers to keep warm during the relaxation, as well as a bottle of water (or, hot tea in a flusk) to keep hydrated. It is advisable to practice on an empty stomach, so leave about 2 hours after a large meal or 1 hour after a light meal. You can hydrate yourself before the session.
