This year, the FT Weekend Festival returns with bigger and bolder ambitions. Writers, columnists, designers, artists, adventurers, and, yes, experts, debate the ideas and passions of Protected content . This year, in the spirit of our age of disruption, there is a ninth stage: Tech Tonic, where John Thornhill, FT Innovation Editor, will be hosting a range of tech titans and provocateurs debating everything from the march of the robots to the battles over Big Tech.

The all-day event in the grounds ofProtected content h, will unfold on a series of stages: Books, Food & Drink, How To Spend It, House & Home, FT Money, Arts, Travel, Tech Tonic and the Weekend stage for the principal debates.
