A mix of techniques from ki-running, chi-running, mindful running, trailrunning, slow running, barefoot running, nordic walking, powerwalking, all cherries to pick from, cherries to mix, cherries to taste. No show offs, because all levels of runners come together here, so if you are a cracker: dress well.
I repeat, it's on beach and dunes, beautiful indeed, with ups and downs, slow slow slow and with frequent stops. It is not a training, it's trying, testing.
