Short Exercise Routine - Startup Body and Mind

Please join the zoom settings before 7.00. We will start at 7.00 o clock sharp. It will take about 30 min the excersize. If you cannot make it on time you can join the excersize we are doing at that moment.
1. Breathing technique (Wim Hof, alias iceman)
2. Warming up and small excersize (Christopher Pay)
3. Easy Tai CHi moves (Don Fiori)
4. Tapping
5. Shape excersize
6. Cooling down body, relax (Adriene)
7. Few last words.
