Ready to Join?

Embrace the day, and look at it renewed,

Please join the zoom settings before 7.00. We will start around 7.00 o clock . (Amstedram Time) It will take about 30 min the excersize. If you cannot make it on time you can join the excersize we are doing at that moment.

1. Breathing technique (Wim Hof, alias iceman) + Face Massage
2. Warming up and small excersize (Christopher Pay)
3. Easy Tai CHi moves (Don Fiori)
4. Tapping
5. Shape excersize
6. Cooling down body, relax (Adriene)
7. Breathing
8. Few last words.

And if someone wants to continue with the excersize talk and have a coffee that is always a good idea too.

This is an ongoing established class and newcomers are welcome, but please be aware that it takes a couple of sessions to get familiar with the movements. Be patient with yourself, ask questions before or after class, if something is not clear. Don’t push yourself too hard, be gentle and try it at least 3 times.
the Rhythm and familiarity with the movements will come with time. We all started slow and not knowing what we were doing at first….
