Dear All,

Together with Carlos, Consul of the Group Gateway-of-Culture, (you can also sign up under his group) I have the pleasure to invite you to the Vernissage of the Exhibition"Romamor" of one of the most famous French art couple, ANNE and PATRICK POIRIER.

Care of Chiara Parisi, this exhibition finished the ambitious exhibition program of Muriel Mayette-Holtz, the director of Protected content from Protected content 2018. Famous names as Annette Messager, Yoko Ono, Claire Tabouret, Elizabeth Peyton and Camille Claudel.,Tatiana Trouvé and Katharina Grosse have been part of this program.

Anne and Patrick Poirier, both sculptors, architects and archaeologists, They began their work by exploring the sites and relics from ancient civilizations. Their work is an exploration of the history through real or imaginary cities. Throughout the huge corpus of work they have done for forty years, Anne and Patrick Poirier emphasize the permanent fragility of memory, between contemporary vanity and archeological collection.

Anne is born in Marseille, France, Protected content Patrick in Nantes, France, Protected content . They live and work in Lourmarin, France

After studying at the Ecole Nationale des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, they won the Prix de Rome in Protected content moved to theProtected content until Protected content . Anne and Patrick Poirier have participated to many group exhibitions: Venice Biennale Protected content , Protected content Protected content , Documenta VI in Kassel Protected content la Biennale de la Havanne Protected content .
