Hello ALL! We continue our running activity on Saturday's.
How about Saturday Morning Run? Let's meet together to have 45' early run just to start Saturday with good vibes and emotions.

#Timing? Let's start with 15' practice & warm-up and continue with 45' easy run
#Pace: Easy Morning Run, 6.0 km within 45'
#Meeting point: Protected content (please see attached map), there is "specific" obelisk in this park :-).
The idea is to gather together, get motivation to run every week and have fun with some sport activity during the weekend.
Once the group is formed we can decide about new/other places to run, take part in some competition and set up challenges or even more!
Let's start with first running activity this weekend.
