London's exclusive NC Supper Clubs presents this amazing fine dining experience taking you through the little known "Awadhi" and Mughlai (Northern Indian) delicacies of India with a delightful menu curated by Priya Deshingkar of "Deccan Tiffin" with the support of Executive Chef Arup Dasgupta, Culinary Director, NC Supper Clubs.

About Priya and "Deccan Tiffin"

Priya has been honing her cooking techniques ever since she was a child back in Delhi which is home to several North Indian communities as well as post-British-India partition refugees. She grew up in an era when people’s front doors were rarely locked and enjoyed nosing around their kitchens asking them how things were made which was key to developing her fine food sensibilities. She was greatly influenced by all the “aunties” in the neighbourhood who were all wonderful cooks.

Priya’s cooking has received critical acclaim for her expert use of different and unique spices, herbs and perfumes from her skills of layering flavours. She established "Deccan Tiffin" to bring the true taste of real Indian food to the British public and has a cult following for her supper clubs which she has successfully run from her Victorian villa in Hove for the last five years. She has recently ventured into the London food scene and is collaborating with "NC Supper Clubs" by Nesan Creations to take you on this incredible Indian gastronomic journey.

"NC Supper Clubs" was founded in June Protected content entrepreneur Nesan Thirunesan nicknamed the "Supper Club King" and was recently nominated at London's best Pop Up/Residency for "Foodism 100". Nesan's creativity plus incredible diverse cuisines and food from famous celebrity chefs and cookbook authors etc is whats pulling diners back time and time again for a dining experience you won't find anywhere else. His more recent supper club and lunch events with former Master Chef contestants etc have been highly applauded and is very popular within the London supper clubs food scene.
