Online Full Body Workout 30 Min
If you want to look awesome and turn heads on the beach this summer (if there's no lockdown 😅) or if you simply want to feel better when looking yourself in the mirror, start working out by joining this event.
I have a regular business job, but also pursuing my passion for fitness on the side for the past 8 years (so time is not an excuse 😛). Therefore, I want to organize once or twice a week free online training, to help you get in shape and to feel better. You only need a yoga mat (or something similar). I promise a lot of sweat and a good time. In my experience, working out together is so much better than doing it on your own. Plus, knowing that you are not alone and that there are other people on the same "mission" really boosts the motivation 💃
The training is suitable for all people: beginners, intermediate, advanced because you can adjust the tempo accordingly.
It lasts approx 30 min.
We will use Zoom, a video conferencing tool.
For the first event, seats are limited, 10 people max.
