Choux and Eclair in today's pastry lesson we learn the basic dough for fluffy choux and eclair that are the basis for some of the most famous and favorite desserts. Together we will make:
Traditional profiterol with cream and chocolate sauce.
Eclair with fresh lemon filling and white chocolate coating.
The famous Paris-brest with praline cream filling and a surprise salty choux.
