Sometimes, heroes don’t wear capes and they don’t fly or lift cars with their bare hands. Some of them just dedicate 10 minutes of their time to donate blood and save someone’s life!

European Health Card
6-8 hours of sleep the night before
Having breakfast before
No consumption of alcohol at least for 24 hours before the blood donation.
Sign up for the event and send me pm to reconfirm your attendance till 25th of June.
Min 4 members for the event to happen as IN event.
