Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
Dear Friends from Internations,
On Mondays, I am offering you FREE WEEKLY MINDFULNESS MEDITATION SESSIONS.
You will learn how to practice mindfulness and how to integrate it into your daily life.
These weekly drop-in sessions will be taught in French and are open to each of you who wants to discover stress reduction strategies and tools.
Inspired by the essential principles of MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction), each session includes guided mindfulness meditation practice and discussion on practice related themes.
The sessions offer a safe, caring, and respectful environment.
We'll start at 8pm, so please make sure to arrive Protected content before.
Also please bring your yoga mat and/ or meditation cushion if you have any.
