If you are interested in how to improve organisational performance in a sustainable way, then this group might be something for you.
Action Learning is a learner centred methodology and has been used since the Protected content as a straightforward way to solve problems in organisations. Today Action Learning is used in many development programmes. Action Learning is about learning from real-life problems in organisations with main focus on reflection. A group of 4 to 6 people reflect upon perceived problems in their organisations. Each participant presents their problem and the other participants ask questions to clarify the problem and the group members also reflect on possible causes to the problem. The group meet a number of times to reflect on problems and developing solutions.
In this meeting I will explain Action Learning and what to think about to make it work.
