Hotter Than Hell - African Cartoon Artists on Climate Change
Come and join us for a stroll through the exhibition "How Can Earth Become Hotter Than Hell ... ?" followed by a late breakfast / lunch at Bar/Café Cantina.
Curator Victor Ndula, artist and chief editor of "Star Newspaper", Nairobi, Kenya, put together a special collection of caricatures by Ethiopian, Kenyan, Nigerian, South African and Tanzanian artists and invites us with a graphical and satirical approach to confront the hot topics "climate change" and "refugees welcome" from an African perspective.
Our perception will be challenged in images showing the features of its subject in a simplified or exaggerated way through sketching, pencil strokes, and through other artistic drawings.
The entrance to the exhibition is free.
