Thabilé. Jazz, soul and African tradition
Thabilé is an aspiring artist from South Africa. Her uninhibited voice combines elements of jazz, soul and traditional African music. She is a regular guest at various concerts and festivals.
The singer takes her audience on a musical journey to her youth's homeland, South Africa. With the warm timbre of her voice she conveys her incredibly positive and authentic charisma in each of the her songs. Also because she is not afraid to address problems in her lyrics.
Thabilé was born in Soweto and from there comes the echo, the memories of her youth. For Thabilé her songs are a tribute not only to her own, but to all the townships and ghettos in the world.
