Puchong hill is a good place to get some exercise in a natural setting. .

It's decent exercise to get a nice sweat. This is a relatively simple hike but there are hills to be climbed, so you have to be relatively fit. I've seen 10 year old kids running up as well as unfit adults having to stop frequently to catch their breath.

It's also very scenic. We need to enjoy it before it's developed. The hike is in the woods, shady enough so it's not too hot. There are photo opportunities for those interested in nature.

We are starting the hike at 10:00 am. Please be punctual. My number is Protected content .

Bring water and maybe a change of clothes for after the hike. Have a bite before the hike so you don't run out of energy.

Pusat Bandar Puchong and Taman Perindustrian Puchong are the nearest LRT stations. It takes about an hour to get there by train from KL, and another 10 minutes by Grab to get to the trail entrance which is 4 km away. Driving from KL may take about 35 minutes.

Parking should be easy on a weekday at 10 am.

The hike itself is only about 90 minutes. If all are keen, we can go for lunch nearby after the hike.
