Humpin' Around: Energy = (More Coffee)^2
"Everybody's humpin' around"
Okay, our first Hump Day meeting...
If you've noticed, Italian coffee in Tbilisi can often be served in near-automatic mode, i.e. it appears that very few baristas actually know how to use those fancy machines.
Well, Protected content seems to offer an alternative, more "authentic" Italian Coffee experience. These guys supply coffee beans and powder to Barbarestan (: the boutique Georgian restaurant on Aghmashenebeli Ave. :) and seem to have a wider selection of beans and special ways of treating them before grinding. I'm assuming this means they will also know how to operate those machines for flavour and texture.
They also have a Menu for food: check the FB page for more info. Prices are reasonable; coffee from USD 1.50, food from USD 1.25 and even some interesting cocktails at around USD 6. I suppose there may be some additional charges for service, tax etc.
We go dutch as always.
Look forward to seeing you there.
P.S. I've never been here before.
