Explore the magic of Syrian food.

Come and join this cooking class to find out.

Rough estimate says, it takes around three hours (not only 7 seconds) to cook these dishes.

We will still have another hour+ to enjoy our food & stories.

The four courses will include:

- Mahschi siami (vegan) : filled zucchini and aubergine with bugrul and vegetables, and cooked with olive oil and tomato-mint Sauce.

- Msabha (vegan) : chick peas salad with tahina (sauce made of sesame oil)

- Tabulli (vegan) : Peterselien Salad

- Kebbi : kind of Syrian schnitzel with bugrul and calf meat baked in the oven.

Tea, water. Feel free to bring your own booze.

For this event IN member Fadi Shammas from Giessen will be our instructor Protected content

We will use only best ingrediences - easy to prepare - great for leaving an impression.

Q&A from past events:

Q: Good morning Andrea's and thank you for sending me the payment information. Would you be so kind to give us all a general idea on how this event will work? Does the venue have a large enough kitchen supplied to accommodate hands on cooking for all participants or are we watching someone demonstrate how to make these dishes?

A: Thanks for the question. The venue has been large enough to host Protected content was: Protected content in the past. That has not changed. The event is set up that the instructor gives . . . instructions . . . and everyone will have the opportunity to wash, cut, prepare, mix, etc..
