Hey everyone! I want to share with you a very simple and healthy raw vegan bread recipe. Yes, even bread can be made raw :) and it tastes amazing!

If you want to take the chance to prepare the bread together during the class, here it is the list of ingredients:

Protected content Quinoa flour
Protected content Oat flour
Protected content Almond flour
- 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast (optional - I use the the brand Now Foods)
- 25g Psyllium powder
- 2 Tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion powder

- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 3 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
