Let's Talk about Fiber in Your Diet: Breakout Rooms on ZOOM
Take control of your health and wellness. Food is the #1 determinant of health during your lifetime. FYI, over your lifetime, you will eat about 80,000 pound or 36,000 kilos of food. What you eat will determine your health and immune system function, which during this pandemic of COVID-19 is very important.
Dr. Will Bulsiewicz wrote a book, Fiber Fueled, the New York Times's Best Seller. Bo will unpack the book, present the latest breakthrough science, and we will discuss it together. Join Bo in this talk on fiber, and learn as much as you can. The goal is to learn from each other and make healthy informed food choices going forward.
What to expect:
- Starting in the main room, everyone will introduce themselves; Protected content each.
- Bo will present the latest science on fiber part 1 for 10 minutes.
- Meet in the main room to end the talk.
