Virtual Bereavement Group on Zoom
Have you lost a loved one? Would you like to share your memories of the loved one, your journey through the loss, and connect with others who cope with losing a loved one, too? I lost my mother in September, and I have been attending bereavement groups that are very helpful to me. My intention is to grow a community for people who want to share their memories and journey.
About the activity host, Bo Syrotiak:
An occupational therapist with 12 years of experience working in diverse healthcare settings. Bo is passionate about community-based practice. She wants to empower others to take control of their health and wellness. Bo is also a yoga teacher with 17 years of experience and a PhD Candidate in the field of occupational therapy.
