First half: 15 minutes of Pilates
Second half: 15 minutes of Yoga

Join in the class to increase your core strength and overall flexibility. Establish a new habit to practice with me and like-minded people at 8 am CET on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It will only take 30 minutes of your time. You can join me in my private Zoom meetings on weekends as well, just send me your email address, and I will add you to my personal weekly newsletter with class time updates. Pilates and Yoga are a powerful combo. It is the bomb, really. Grow more resilient together inside and outside. Take control of your health and wellness. We don't have forever on this planet, make everyday count.
