Let's go to the Moon... and back
Exactly fifty years ago, life from our planet first stepped onto a neighboring, then empty body of heaven. On the occasion of this great step for humanity - the landing of humans on the moon, the Museum of Natural History takes the opportunity to remind visitors that nature is not limited to Earth but spans the entire universe. Cosmic laws rule our planet as well.
The first trip to the moon is one of those crucial events that unleashes imagination and broader perspectives to an unprecedented scale.
The exhibition is a tribute to the childhood of Generation X members - dreams, wishes, toys and raptures that marked the lives of today's Protected content . New knowledge has expanded horizons and brought a sense of vastness and freedom on the shores of the cosmic ocean at the rhythm of life on Earth.
The exhibition shows the influence of the moon on various inhabitants of the Earth. This complex theme is covered in four exhibition sections: "About the Moon and Earth", "About the Moon and Earthlings", "Explorations of the Moon" and "The Moon in Our Eyes".
