Moiseyev Ballet (Russia): 80th Anniversary Concert
I personally have seen them live only twice and they are absolutely amazing, so I highly recommend to watch this concert of Protected content on the stage of Bolshoi Theater.
To give you a flavor:
Igor Moiseyev has been widely acclaimed as the greatest 20th-century choreographer of character dance, a dance style similar to folk dance but with more professionalism and theatrics.
Since the early Protected content , he staged acrobatic parades on Red Square and finally came up with the idea of establishing the Theatre of Folk Art, which has been established in Protected content , and since then it has been known as the Moiseyev Ballet.
The program of the concert will feature dances choreographed by Igor Moiseyev from the 'Dances of the World Nations' cycle which turned into the world all-time classics: the Russian 'Summer' dance, a series of Greek 'Sirtaki' dances, a set of Moldova dances, a choreography picture 'Rock-n-roll' (staged in Protected content the legendary Moiseyev's 'Yablochko' (Russian sailors' dance).
I believe this concert won't be streamed afterward, so if you want to see it - please connect on time.
For those who didn't manage to see it on the site above, you still can do this offline.
The page is on Russian, but all you need to do is to click on a large red triangle button on the video that you see in the center of the page
