We have now started a meditation group that will meet every two weeks on Friday evenings.
The idea is to explore all kinds of different approaches to meditation. Everyone is welcome from absolute beginner to highly experienced. After a short introduction, we will sit together in silence (or with guided medtiation) for about 20 minutes, or longer (duration will be up to the group to decide).
As we meet in a yoga studio, there are mats, cushions and chairs provided. But of course you can also bring your favourite meditation cushion. There is also a locker room if you want to change into comfortable clothes.
Please be punctual, I will be there from 18:45 and for the meditation the door will be closed. Also, please don't forget to cancel your attendance if your plans change, as there will be only limited space.
After one hour in the studio, we will move on to a restaurant nearby, where we can get to know each other, share our experience and discuss our ideas concerning meditation.
