Intro to Yoga and Meditation: No Dimension Meditation
we will continue our trip into Yoga, Mediation and conciousness by starting with some basic warm up asanas so we can better focus on the present moment. After that, we will go into the wonderful No dimension Meditation, a powerful way to connect with the Self focused on the Heart Chakra. We will open ourselves to Love to yourself and others, unconditional Love and compassion.
Please bring confortable, loose-fitting clothes. If possible, girls bring long skirts or pants.
