as Dr. Bruce Lipton says 95% all illness are caused by Stress. We can define illness as the lack of balance and harmony in us.The state of mind and state of body are intimately related. If the mind is relaxed, the muscles in the body are also relaxed. What mostly cause stress and bring us out of balance is our mind, mostly through our believes, affirmations and thoughts, we causes ourselves stress and our mind gets bumpy and anxious. Then we don't feel in balance, centered and routed in ourselves.
Yoga is recognized as a from of mind - body medicine and help becoming more resilient to stressful conditions reducing the risk factors for various diseases especially cardio - respiratory diseases.
The definition of Hatha Yoga implies the basic universal principle of Balance. Ha means Sun and Tha means Moon. The sun implies all forms of activity und out oriented energies. The Moon implies all things in relation with to take a break, rest, relaxation, regeneration, what helps to come back to ourselves and look inside of us. Both energies need to be in balance if we want to live healthy, nice, peacefully lives.
Lets practice Yoga against Stress and to be healthy, routed in our center and balance.
