Practising Mindfulness Together: Mindful Walking
We will again get together for a mindfulness activity. This time, we will explore mindful walking together.
We can experience so much more of what our life has to offer if we learn to be fully connected to the present moment. We will therefore practise to be present while we're engaged in a simple and common activity: walking.
As I have many years of experience in meditation and mindfulness, I would like to guide you with some effective exercises to become more present and aware in your daily life. No previous experience needed!
We will meet in front of the restaurant and go for a walk together for about 30 minutes. Afterwards, we can share a vegetarian or vegan meal at the restaurant.
As we will be moving slowly and also stand still from time to time, make sure that you are dressed warm enough.
The restaurant is very easy to reach, as it is situated close to Silberhornstraße (U-Bahn U2, several busses, Tram25/15).
We will start our walk punctually, so please make sure that you come in time. After 12:00, my cell will be switched off.
