Namaste My Dearest,
After a long pause and Christmas vacation here we are starting the New Year Protected content full spiritual power.
Our inner Nature is to be happy, healthy and in balance but sometimes life challenges us and take us out of balance in that way that we need external support to come back again to our center. Yoga is one of the best ways to bring body and mind back in balance again. We will practice Yoga so we can manage better our daily sometimes too fast routines and leave after pressure and hurry.
Mind is the first stress factor which bring us out of balance. Repetitive returning dark thoughts bring us out of center and focus, under this situation your life and performance is just low.
Yoga against Stress will give us a new energy. Hatha Yoga is per definition the Balance between activity and break periods. Only through the Balance between both forces we will stay healthy, happy and focused so well prepared to master all life challenges.
