10' Guided Meditation on Zoom - to Align the Heart and the Brain
This is a very simple technique called 'the heart-brain coherence'. The focus will be on the heart where we will create and maintain an uplifting feeling for the duration of the meditation and later on, during the day.
Why is this beneficial? The more we connect to the heart, the more we can improve our emotional state, reduce stress, improve our response to the external world, connect to our intuition etc.
We can use this technique 'on the go', meaning while in a (tense) conversation, before a meeting, before dealing with difficult people or situations etc.
