Dear Yoga Lovers and Spiritual Seekers,

Do you want to start the festive season with a moment of stillness, relaxation and peace of mind?

Then come and join us for a little yoga & soundhealing journey in Landshut (close to Munich)

Program:
- Balancing Hatha Yoga from India, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mantra and Meditation (all levels)
- Savasana (end relaxation) with crystal bowls soundhealing
- Journaling & sharing circle on the topic of "contemplation"
- Tea, nuts and X-mas cookies

Important infos:
- The session is held in German language
- Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow and any props you might need
- Only 12 spots available ("first come" principle)
