Enjoy a free YOGA class to bring more wellbeing, vitality and relaxation to your body and soul!
More than a series of physical exercises, YOGA is a path of
integration between body, breath and mind. Provides health,
emotional balance and renewed sense of wellbeing.
In this class we will practice a gradual sequence of asanas (physical postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques to expand vital energy) and moments of meditation.
The class will be held in Portuguese.
No previous Yoga knowledge is required. Everybody is welcome
Carline has been a Yoga and Meditation instructor for 15 years. She has studied and practiced several styles, such as Hatha Yoga, Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) and Iyengar Yoga. She practices Tibetan Buddhism and participated in retreats in India, the United States and Brazil. Instagram: @respirezen
