Why I get angry so quickly?
Many things can trigger anger including stress, family problems, financial issues, personal problems, such as missing a promotion, losing job at work or relationship difficulties, a problem caused by another person such as cancelling plans, lying, not meeting expectations and more including COVID -19.
For some people, anger is caused by an underlying disorder, such as alcoholism or depression. Anger itself isn't considered a disorder, but anger is a known symptom of several mental health conditions.
