Running during Summer is best training time for you, able to manage humidity/hot weather in Dubai that will very beneficial if you preparing for any half/full marathon this coming month.
Sunday Weekly Program
7:30 pm waiting time
8:00-9:30 pm running start
9: Protected content cool down/group pictures

1) bring water bottle park has potable drinking water
2) eat 3 hours before the training
3) wear short and vest (dry fit as much as possible)
4) Runners are categorize as Beginners, Intermediate and Fast Runners.
5) Bring mat for core exercise
6) Come on time for stretching.
