1) Bring water bottle park has potable drinking water
2) Eat 3 hours before the training
3) Wear shorts and vest (dry fit as much as possible)
4) Runners are categorized as Beginners, Intermediate and Fast Runners.
5) Bring a mat for core exercise
6) Come on time for stretching/warm up

1. Please feel free to bring along friends and ask them to sign up.
2. In order to sign up for my upcoming events, you must be Albatross membership.
3. Albatross Members, if you have basic member friends kindly inform them they can join the training by messaging in whats-app Protected content
4. COME 15 Mins early and please try to Mingle with other attendees and bring your positive smiles.
