Program:
6:00PM - Stretching
6:10PM - Warm UP
6:30 PM - Run
Things to bring:
a. Running shoes!
b. Plenty of drinking water
c. A towel, for wiping down
d. Extra clothes if you want to change before heading home
e. Your smile and good spirit
