Picturesque North Downs-Guildford to Dorking – 15 miles (25 km)
This is a linear walk which explores the Guildford to Dorking section of North Downs Way. You will enjoy the beautiful countryside views from the North Downs ridge.
This is a long walk with some hills. To do this, you need to be reasonable fit and can keep up a good pace.
PLEASE READ ALL IMPORTANT INFO FROM PREVIOUS HIKES.
YOU WOULD NEED TO BUY A SINGLE TO GUILDFORD AND A SINGLE FROM DORKING BACK TO LONDON.
Group save is 34%. If you would like to form a group, just post a comment on this site and arrange to meet under the clock at London Waterloo by Protected content the latest.
You can either park at Dorking station and then take the Protected content from Dorking Deepedene to Guildford, or park at Guildford station and take the train from Dorking Deepdene back to Guildford at the end of the hike. A single between the two station costs £6.70 and the journey takes about 20 minutes.
Bring a packed lunch and plenty of water.
Please wear walking boots or shoes. Preferably water proof.
