Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
1) I am not a paid member. Can you send me the address?
- InterNations encourages paid membership and has restricted the address venue for that reason. Please don't message us because as volunteers, we don't need the added work 😊
2) Can I bring a non-InterNations person(s)? -
Yes. Ask them to register on InterNations first and join the activity 😊
3) I am too late to register, can I still come?
- Yes 😊
4) I RSVPed but am not going to come (overslept, sick, partied too late last night, blah, blah)? Do I need to tell you?
- No need. We are doing this absolutely free. Please don't contact us unless you have to 😊
5) I called you and you aren't picking up!
- We try to keep our phone at bay but we get busy talking and usually keep the phone away 1/2 hour after the start time. No blame/ shame/ grief please 😊
