A Full Body Workout - Barre Training
A body shaping class for all levels and body types!
Barre training is a mix of exercises from ballet, pilates and yoga and helps you gain a strong core, long lean muscles, improve your flexibility, balance, posture and endurance!
No previous experience needed.
