Yummie Choux pastry: Eclairs, Cream Puffs & Co.

After last year's very successfull (we were sold out) bakery class with our lovely patisserie chef Laura I invite you for another class of yummie choux pastry.

What it will be about:
In a fully equipped professional kitchen under guidance of Laura you will learn how to make (this is a hands on baking class) Eclairs, Cream Puffs & Co. and enjoy them with nice cup of coffee.

"zarte, glänzende Eclairs sind die bekannteste Ausführung von Brandteig, der jedoch noch weitere verführerische Varianten möglich macht. Es erwarten Sie z.B. Windbeutel mit Schlagsahne und Himbeeren, Profiteroles, Paris-Brest (ein mit Nougatcreme gefüllter Kranz) und selbstverständlich Eclairs. Dabei lernen Sie nicht nur die Brandmasse herzustellen und aufzuspritzen, sondern auch viele wichtige Grundrezepte für Füllungen, wie z. B. Pudding-, Butter- oder Nougatcreme, kennen. Bei einem gemütlichen Kaffee verkosten wir unsere süßen Kreationen.
Bitte mitbringen: Geschirrtuch, Schürze und Transportbehälter für Kuchen."

This baking class will be held in German (Laura speaks fluent English and might assist with explaining a little in English but please do not expect this class held in English since this class is also open for NON Internations members, so you should have a intermediate level of German) at the MVHS (Münchner Volkshochschule).
