THE RELEVANCE OF DUCTILE PROTEINS IN RARE DISEASES
Molecular Plasticity is an interactive dance, music and science show created by scientists that offers an immersive and multi-sensor experience about the amazing world of molecular biology, specifically the role of ductile proteins. An artistic proposal that puts science on stage with original music, audiovisuals, participation dynamics and modern technologies for detection and control of movement, light and sound.
Until recently, the importance of ductile proteins had been ignored by science due to their irregular shapes. Now, thanks to Molecular Plasticity, we will learn about the role they play in the development processes of organisms and various diseases, including rare diseases. And it is that being "different" or "irregular" does not have to represent any disadvantage or defect.
It consists of two parts: the initial part of about 45 minutes of interactive show and the second part, a round table with various experts on the role of ductile proteins and their importance in Rare Diseases and other diseases.
