Chating about New Eating Habits

Everything has been changed due to covid. Also our small habits like goin` out and having a coffee/a drink or even dinning with someone.
How can you substitude your earlier regular eating outs now?
How should you be more aware of your standards of eating?
The simpliest answer would be: in no way. But let`s collect new ideas from eachother how we can still make it possible.
