First Movie Night
This week the documentary 'Hatun Phaqcha, tierra sana', directed by Delia Ackerman, a renowned director who is also our community's member.
The proposal has won the Environment Award at the Toronto International Women Film Festival and the Audience Award at the Lima Film Festival of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. In addition, it has been listed in the Best Documentary Film category of los Premios Platino del Cine y el Audiovisual Iberoamericano.
This documentary is the result of years of research and shows the importance of conservation and well care of these foods. It also raises several questions.
