Cost of Living (Addis Ababa)

Hey Guys,
I'll be moving to Addis soon. I wish if any of you guys can help me on below mentioned components to understand the cost of living in Addis.
1) House Rent
2) Utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas, Cable Tv etc)
3) Driver
4) House Maid
5) Security
6) House Furnishing
7) Car Rental (As I heard that buying car is not a good idea, as it's damn costly)
8) Food Expenditure (For a vegetarian and non alcoholic guy)
9) Telephone Expenditure

I hope I can get a clear picture from you guys on it which will help me to prepare myself to avoid any problems.
