Dogs in Addis (Addis Ababa)

Hi all,
My husband and I are thinking of moving to Addis.
We have a 7 month old dog and wonder how he would get on.
Are there many pet owners in Addis?
Can you buy decent dog food?
Are there kennels? Areas where dogs can play?
So in short - is it feasible to move there with a dog?
Would much appreciate some advice.
