English Schools in Addis (Addis Ababa)

Hello ,
My family is considering moving to Addis for at least a year if not longer.
We have a 10-year who has been in the English Canadian school system.
Can anyone tell what schooling options are available in Addis.
From what i can gather there seems to only be 3 english schools - more information please!!!!
