general cost of living quesiion (Addis Ababa)

I've been to Addis twice. Thinking I'd like to live there for an extendedv period when i retire in a couple years. We have two small boys, (from Ethiopia)

Not having a particular job I could live anywhere i want. Trying to figure out costs for housing, transportaion. etc. Is there a site or a thread here that discusses this?

What would I expect to pay for a reliable driver/ translator? What if i provided the car?

3 brdroom house ?

electricity?

communication?

other cost I'm not aware of?

could this be done for $20K per year? $30?
