Seeking some Info... (Addis Ababa)

Hello Forum members...

I am contemplating on taking on an assignment in Addis Ababa in a couple of months time... would like to know if there are good schools for my kids, 13yr old girl and 10 yr old boy. I did a google search and it lists an International school, any other options??? Also if there is at least medium level hospital care (as compared to countries like Australia) available.. i.e if needed.
I also read from some previous posts that it is relatively a safe city. What about the civil unrest with neighbouring countries, has there been a sense of spill over into Addid Ababa in the past .
Appreciate if anyone could shed some light on the questions posed...
