visa 457 processing time (Adelaide)

I got a job offer from one of the Big4 audit firm which i have accepted and now they have applied for the visa Protected content my behalf. I have submitted medical and all other requirements by 18th December Protected content still have not received any update from immigration. How long usually it takes for visa Protected content process and what are the chances of rejection?
