need for drivers license (Al Ain)

hello i am a Cameroonian living here in al ain i wish to take a driving test but my employer is not willing to give a letter.i have requested for the letter so many times but all they say is wait wait wait.am tired of that pls if some one can help me get a license i will be grateful am ready for the expenses.thank you hope to get positive response
